Services Policy

Refinery has a no refund policy.
We take pride in our work and
want you to be happy with your results.

If within a week of your service
you find you are not completely
satisfied with your results, contact your
stylist to schedule an appointment
to reassess your needs.

Please keep in mind that we are
unable to schedule a reassessment
if your hair has been altered
by yourself or another salon
after your original service date.

Product Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied
with your product purchase,
kindly return it to our salon, and
we’ll exchange it for a product of equal
or lesser value.
If the lesser product is worth less,
we’ll refund the difference to you.

Cancellation Fees Aren't Personal.
They protect our business.

We understand that sometimes
circumstances are unavoidable
and you may need to change
your schedule.

We kindly ask that you give us a
48 hour notice.

If you cancel or reschedule your
appointment and a 48 hour
notice has not been given, you
will be charged 50% of your
service fee.

Missed appointments or "No
Shows" are to be charged 100%
of service fee and will not be
rebooked without payment.

This notification courtesy
enables us to schedule another
client and in turn maintain a
higher availability of services for
you and others.

Due to scheduling commitments
to other clients we may need to
reschedule any appointments for
which you are more then 15
minutes late for.

Non refundable deposits may be
taken for services longer then
2 1/2 hours.
