Clear policies so appointments, products, and follow-up care are straightforward.

These guidelines help protect appointment time, keep service expectations clear, and make sure we can support you well before and after your visit.

Services Policy

Refinery has a no refund policy. We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with your results.

If, within one week of your service, you find that you are not completely satisfied with your results, contact your stylist to schedule an appointment to reassess your needs.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to schedule a reassessment if your hair has been altered by yourself or another salon after your original service date.

Product Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, kindly return it to our salon and we will exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value.

If the replacement product is worth less, we will refund the difference to you.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Cancellation fees are not personal. They protect our business and help us keep appointment availability consistent for all clients.

We understand that circumstances can be unavoidable and schedules can change, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule without 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or no-shows are charged 100% of the service fee and will not be rebooked without payment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to commitments to other clients. Non-refundable deposits may be taken for services longer than 2 1/2 hours.
